Joe Elkind is just going after money, that is all. mvp_stocks is a known scam artist running his own pump and dump scheme.
As far as a case happening, yes. However, the case really doesn't involve Dwyer, it involves someone else. Also, the case is a personal civil case and doesn't involve the company. Even if Dwyer is sued and loses, he would simply pay the case outcome and that is all. It is a money grab by Elkind, and since the case has been going on for several years now without a action, I would assume nothing material will come about from this case.
The negative conjecturists are all about creating doubt. I can see you have some doubts yourself, therefore, it will ultimately be up to you to sell or hold.
By the way, I been doing this for some time so I know when I can spot a suspicious posters. For the record, if you truly have shares, make your own decisions, nobody really cares if you hold or sell. I actually find humor in posters going from positive to negative, as it always proves my original suspicions. Other than that, we hope you share with our board some of the DD you uncovered that help make your decision to buy. Thanks!
