In my opinion, it looks as though most if not all of the bids and asks for all time are entirely faux, phony, false, fake.
If we take a peek at the business as usual in the mechanics of the trading in this stock, we see very easily (it's no secret or surprise) that most of the volume appears to be just a few or perhaps even just one market participant using wash trades and phony volume to stir up "activity" under the guise of "providing liquidity", when all it really does is mask the price and volume manipulation performed against the occasional retail investor of whom tries to "play" the stock now and then. The average daily volume versus total shares in the company is roughly half of one percent! Yet we can assume that most if not all of the daily volume is just the same money and "shares" bouncing around under the same roof of one or a few colluding market participants.
Under this regime, we have seen the PPS fall from about $0.002 to $0.0005. The players will pound the table that "price is truth" but is it? With a DTC chill still in place and in such low volume and with such volatility and lack of interest by real market investors and traders, its no wonder that this stock is getting completely manipulated by paid bashers and the notorious shorty.
Do not look to the bi-weekly short interest reports to confirm or deny these assumptions or speculations, because as we know, many many criminal firms are laughing at the SEC/FINRA and not actually reporting their shorts (it's actually more profitable to just break the law and short and then use 1% or less of the illicit profits to pay off the meager fine if caught), not to mention that the whole game is not to build up a large short position and keep it on the books for weeks at a time. What they do is short and cover, rinse/repeat, DAILY. So no short positions accrue on the books so according to bi-weekly FINRA data, the reports will likely show effectively zero short interest. The failure to deliver data is key in understanding what is really going on behind the scenes, however, though it's an outrage, for some reason the DTC does not provide for FTD figures for those issues which are chilled or otherwise locked; basically it's a scam with the DTC protecting it's underling brokerage houses and assorted criminals and allowing them to rake in illicit profits from the scum swamp of the OTC/PK exchanges, while the real investors/traders drown in losses and the CEO's just dilute and dilute and do nothing over time to fight it by actually delivering on promises to build shareholder value.
