.018 PPS is shameful and shareholders continue to take it up the arse. The truth hurts all of us. TECO simply moves too slow to keep up with endless and ongoing manipulation. Maybe management will volunteer a buyback program the decade they achieve CFP. I don't care what is written or proposed or the ongoing trial and error business plan. JUST DO IT and increase shareholder value once and for all. Words are cheap and easy to come by for years now.
