My problem is not so much with the Admin's; I understand that their jobs must be brutal at times, dealing with the scumbags that frequent that place. However, I do have a major issue with the so-called moderators. These "people" are supposed to act as a go-between..they are supposed to moderate. However, oft times when they are not encouraging bashing and insults they are intentionally creating situations that will quickly lead to such. There are at least two on the BMSN board that are absolute jokes and probably couldn't moderate themselves out of an argument with a two year old. Unless it was based on insult and injury that is.

They need to implement a system whereby poster's can submit complaints against mods and when those complaints tally to so many and they are justified, the mod should be booted from his/her post and never permitted to act as a so-called moderator again.

That, at least in my opinion, is where they fail miserably and will ultimately lose a considerable number of members. It is ridiculous what the mods get away with.
