Just signed off the final docs for our quarterly filing. (2 Days Early) Nice to get that off my plate. We closed the Punch deal after the quarter, but we are still footnoting the additional assets that we now hold due to that deal. The quarter that follows will then include the revenues and even more assets.
I had some emails asking about the QX. When we got the call from them, they said it would be 30-40 days to move in that direction, but the process will be several months. So that will be a ways off in the future before it happens, but its on our radar and we are working our way to it.
In other news... October is the 1 year anniversary of Punch broadcasting live. We are planning a huge event in October for the anniversary. We will have all the actors from our new shows, producers, advertisers and we are inviting all our shareholders as well. More info on that in the near future.
And, BTW... very shortly we will begin introducing our slate of new TV shows. I feel they will blow everyone away. We have assembled a team of the top writers, producers, show runners and actors in Hollywood and we are creating our own original content that I feel will be TV gold. Punch will become the channel I would personally leave on 24/7, I think a lot of people will feel the same way.
Everything we are doing takes time. But, if you put in it into perspective, A year ago we owned websites. In a very short amount of time we signed a contract with one of the largest advertising company (CV) on the planet, we bought an entire TV network added 3 million to our book value. No that is not a typo. That's a good start and there is still so much more to talk about.
