Do you need to be hit in the head with a two by four.  You are basing your hopes on the word of a known liar who was fathered by a liar and is also a known scam artist.  Willy worked for Overcash and was good friends with him.  Why do you think Overcash loaned Willy the money to start MMTE's lithium adventure?  Willy is best friends with Izzy --- my God, with Izzy.  Why do you suppose Willy registered (I like that one) the concession in Chile?  What happened to the money?  What happened to Willy shares?  Did you know Willy took his money out of MMTE over a year ago.  I posted this information on I-dud.  Ask your trusted liars and friends if this is true.  Was that post deleted?  Why?  When I posted the e-mail from Willy saying the stories NOS and Plutbag posted were "nonsense,' and false did you still keep your money in MMTE?  Why?

This is why you are so scared and are posting on this board.  I told people about the FRAUD perpetrated by the "insiders" who told people to buy while they sold and ran.  Investors can sue these people and take their homes, their cars, their savings, and their jobs.  Investors should go after these people for everything they have, and damages as well.  Then let them show proof that Willy told them these stories.  Lets all see the proof.
