MMTE put out a PR?  Where the heck is it?  Oh, wait a minute, I bet you are talking about a PR put out by another company that you think has something to do with MMTE.  Rooky mistake.  MMTE didn't put out a PR, and hasn't even communicated with investors for nearly a year.  There is no proof MMTE even has the concession any more.  Your brilliant slimeball CEO lost them in all likelihood.  Ha, ha, they were registered, what a joke.  I registered for a boat raffle one time, does that mean I own a boat?  Some people just never learn.
