Employment Litigator Daniel A. Schwartz Joins Shipman & Goodwin LLP

HARTFORD, Conn., Aug. 1, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Attorney Daniel A. Schwartz, an employment litigator and trial lawyer who also authors the award-winning Connecticut Employment Law Blog , has joined Shipman & Goodwin LLP in Hartford, Conn. as a Partner. Mr. Schwartz's practice encompasses all areas of Labor and Employment matters including discrimination, restrictive covenants, human resources, retaliation and whistleblowing, and wage and hour issues. He has extensive trial and litigation experience in both federal and state courts in a variety of areas, including commercial litigation and trade secret enforcement.
