I agree with you. The flippers are a small part of the problem. The big part is we have not brought this to market successfully yet. But I believe we will and are closer than we have ever been. The last year has been tough for everybody. I can't do anything about those who try to manipulate the stock price. Only thing I can do is look at all the pieces of the puzzle I can and make a decision what is best for me in my circumstances. I can't ask more of anyone else.
