Lumber, just think back at all the capital raises that took place.  Where did all that money go?

Where did the money go that Ironclad raised?  Remember all the convertible debt?

Where did all the money from share sales go?

Remember when Lieberman had around 1.5 billion shares, and then he didn't, and then he awarded himself billions more?  Check the dates.  MMTE' share price declined during the quarters when Lieberman's shares vanished.  Lieberman has already been cited for illegally shorting his companies, so is it really that far fetched to think he likely did it here too?
