PV ENTERPRISES INTERNATIONAL INC. (OTC Pink: VDSC) wants to inform its shareholders that we are working closely with FINRA, providing them additional documentation that has been requested by them. This has caused a delay on the issuance of the dividends to our shareholders. We will continue to comply with FINRA and provide to them any additional documentation they may request.
