PV Enterprises International Update on the Issuance of Dividends to its Shareholders
PV ENTERPRISES INTERNATIONAL INC. (OTC Pink: VDSC) wants to inform its shareholders that we are working closely with FINRA, providing them additional documentation that has been requested by them. This has caused a delay on the issuance of the dividends to our shareholders. We will continue to comply with FINRA and provide to them any additional documentation they may request.
Peter Villiotis, CEO of VDSC stated, “I am confident that FINRA is very close in providing us all a confirmation of acceptance with a date to issue the dividends. As soon as we hear back from FINRA, we will immediately announce it to our shareholders. I want to thank every shareholder for their patience and understanding during this waiting period”.
