Misinformation ! Trials (HEM FDA) are in progress. Round 2 in Play, decision pending. Its been a tad over a month since BMSN has submitted answeres to questions - FDA approval could come any day/middle of aug. at the latest. Despite the Over projection by KOOS of WITHIN (meaning from now - too) current time frame of past Q&A suggests much sooner ,like NOW 
I believe within a couple of weeks easy.....MIN IND APPL. ANY TIME ! Share increase is performance based ONLY and shareholders must vote as well - months away for final decision...... Don't distort the FACTS
