I don't think Steve needs to do an RS either. I think he can pull this together and turn it around, with the right people helping and his current connections. But I also think Steve gets in his own way which has caused many problems. He wants to play the Hollywood type instead of just being the CEO that makes things happen. Less talk, more work...
