The motivation and intent [by friends] is to the greater benefit of the company and its shareholders. With that said…, we carried all of the sentiments (from sincere shareholder c riticisms as well as basher remarks) back to management to urge some type of fulfilling discussion with shareholders. Please do not be mistaken, Mr. Romain and Mr. Meier, along with their consultants, spent a good majority of the weekend reviewing the current situation; not just as a reality check, but with a view for an adequate and expeditious resolve. Our department simply stressed the importance of addressing this matter quickly. This, as the unfortunate irony is, the fundamental merit of our great company, for the first time, has almost instantly and dramatically [positively] changed – or is rapidly changing – and the market is obviously in no way reflective of the most recent and important milestones being met. Of course, without due and proper explanation, even the truth if prolonged, can resemble crap… NO ONE likes to step in crap. The company is in complete agreement. So we do expect… and you can expect… some sort of communication or series of communications to come from management before long; an effort to pull together all of the loose ends and put things back into perspective for both shareholders and the broader markets.
