No, because Berkeley's stock allotment will be restricted for 1 year, just like all insiders. Same with KA and Benz, their stock will be restricted as well.
What I really want to know is if all the 222 million shares that were converted have been sold. From the volume in 2011, especially in April, the month after the March conversion, and again in October, I would think the majority (if not all) of those shares have been liquidated.
So the question is are there any other convertibles out there, and if so, when will they be converted? Maybe that is really the big overhang on this stock.
And just like with AEGY, once the toxic converts have been liquidated, SKTO should be free to rise in PPS.
