No! Within four days of learning of approval, they must PR this. No if's and or but's about it.
The "several months" is an indicator that it could take that long IF the FDA has more questions after they review the data. Since Koos has made it clear that they are in discussions with the FDA this mean further movements that are not a denial or approval is not considered material and therefore does not have to be disclosed.
I would not have chosen to include "several months". But, I guess Koos still doesn't understand (maybe he does now) how many people have been on the edge of their seats awaiting news. Since he made it clear that they have provided the data that the FDA sought I honestly don't think it will be long at all. The data is there! The information they require for safety is spelled out. So much has happened within this to show that it is SAFE. That was all that was left for them to review. They have it. And they have had it for several weeks. The approval could come at anytime.
Honestly, it can.
