Not sure what you mean? The toxic conversions are in the filings. 50%-70% off the market bid price is what they are converted at.
normally these conversions come from the already outstanding share count as they have to age 6 months before becoming free trading. So the float goes up,but with the outstanding share count rising and the TA being gagged its impossible to know how many shares are being diluted.
