I know the company has to be out of shares to sell

I know the company has to be out of shares to sell... Or maybe thhey havent quite reached it and put out the prs to sell to pay for all the work thats going on. I do not disagree with that method as long as were moving forward. However it looks more like manipulation and i think Treaty is out of shares to sell anyway
