common sense man I am sorry I must have missed your point or you must have missed mine. I was under teh impression that DR koos is very busy and teh Dr. Isihm has family issues and therefore is not able to preform his work. So if there is work that needs to be done who is doing it. I know that they have red tape to go through to get OK so they can get 'IND" but is all the work done is more yet to do
