My other favorite holding is nviv - and their ceo is absolutely famous for giving deadlines publicly that the company never meets and pissing shareholders off royally. That company has at times been a tough hold because of shareholder perception of missed deadlines that really weren't missed - just late as is the norm in this biotech world. Leo does need to be careful of same syndrome. People get fed up with that kind of behavior. I put up with it with just about every biotech I've been in, some worse than others. Shareholder psychology is to read the worst into perceived delays, decreasing trust in the company. Let's suggest to Leo that he keep it broad - such as "some time in the second half of the year we expect to release some kind of results...". Needs some work - but might decrease some of the crystal ball reading people are feeling compelled to do because they believe certain events are late.
