Everyone, I just received the below information from Greene Concepts. They have submitted their INK -Telligence product into the Walmart contest. Be sure to vote for them and spread the word. Unlike early last year, they have a really good, ready made retail specific product that is new and fresh plus they have more buzz going into this contest this year. Voting begins in August and ends November 30th. Greene Concepts provided the following information:

We want to remind you that there's only a little time left to submit your product to https://getontheshelf.walmart.com -- submission closes July 31.
We'd also like to underscore answers to a couple questions:
1. Unlike last year, product selection will not be solely on the basis of votes. Every product entered will be reviewed here. See the site for more details on this year's process. Other changes include plans for more products to go on sale and the introduction of new ways to provide public visibility to entrants.
2. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically review your product just because you entered it last year. You need to submit the product again for it be considered as part of this year's process. It is fine for you to re-use your video from last year, and entry is quick.

Additional notations from the Get on the Shelf Walmart webpage states:
Entries that make it to the Audition Round will go live on the site. The public will be able to show their support for products by voting in the Audition Round in August. Following the Audition Round, products selected as finalists will participate in a web series during the autumn, where voting will select winners to go on sale on Walmart.com! Grand champion(s) can also receive valuable marketing support.
Each Entry will be screened by representatives selected by the Sponsor for Product’s commercial appeal, probability of sale on the Website, innovativeness and compliance with these Official Rules before being posted on the Website . Sponsor's decisions are final and binding. Sponsor has the right not to post an Entry that fails to pass the screening review or is not compliant with these Official Rules. Following the screening, all eligible Entries that pass the screening will be posted at the Website for a period of four (4) weeks starting on or about August 6, 2013 at 12:00 am EDT for public support and judging as set forth below.
Public Voting: The Webisodes will be placed on the Website for a period of three (3) days for the public to view and vote ("Vote") for his/her favorite Entry. Voting will be subject to the Voting Terms and Conditions located at the Website. Entrants are prohibited from obtaining Votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Votes are limited to one Vote per day, per Product per person. Votes generated by script , macro or other automated means or which subvert or impair the integrity of the voting process will be void. Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to exceed the limited number of Votes, shall give the Sponsor the right to void the Votes in question and disqualify the Entrant, at its sole discretion.
