CAST Announces Executive Leadership Change LOS ANG

LOS ANGELES, July 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CAST Management Consultants, Inc. (CAST) announced that Tom Collins has been named Managing Partner. Collins succeeds Steve McCollum, who will lead the firm's Consumer Banking practice. 

Collins assumes this position with a strong 15-year track record at CAST of delivering sustainable positive change for its clients. While at CAST, his areas of specialization have included driving significant revenue growth for clients through development of integrated channel management strategies, designing innovative commercial and business banking delivery models, driving increased consumer and commercial sales effectiveness through improved client engagement, and designing and implementing creative segmentation strategies to balance client experience and profitability. Prior to joining CAST, Collins was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Consumer Lending at Dollar Financial Group and Senior Vice President at Ocwen Financial Corporation where he managed the retail banking business.
