Here is what has happened during the recent trading days. VERT naked shorts to run the price down and then covers at the end of the day. VERT is trying to pick up shares by getting someone to sell and VERT hopes nobody buys. Bashers show up to assist VERT. If you have said anything negative about this stock you are helping VERT. Negative comments stops persons from buying.
Is what VERT doing legal. My thoughts are yes, as long as you don't get caught.
