ICPA, Just saying the truth as I know it! Many have written me, about stuff!, seems all want a magic wand! Things take time! As far as the octqx upgrade, believe it is the exchange call, they look and review, like DD's we do in the stocks! If steve said he applied for uplisting, then he applied, but don't know for sure when he applied, thier was something about 30 to 40 days, and the I believe is a due process to go through!So, my guess , any time in sept. to next spring!

Say this, does gov't make you do it the very next day, or on thier time frame? Same thing with the stock exchange too!

I'm trying to bore the nons out! they have written me telling me to promote icpa, told them no, even put me up as a mod on his, I don't even bother with that board! Don't even know if my name up there yet!

So here is my suggestion to all! Want a quick buck, find a mining stock, want a long term investment, icpa is it IMO! Leave ICPA progress nicely! Nice and slow up the charts!

The Float is very tight IMO! We are gonna have a banner nov. and dec. they are useing naked shares, just keeps this above a penny, hopefully two cents by weekend! Then 2 1/2 to .03 the next following weekend, I'll help all rock it upwards! but am afraid of some stupid paid day promo by one or a few! CC will come out when they come out, in fact it might even be so just  to get rid of short termers! That was just my thought! LoL!
