Resumption of trading in AS „Liep?jas metalurgs” shares
NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of July 30, 2013 to resume the trading in AS “Liep?jas metalurgs” shares (LME1R, ISIN: LV0000100535).
Continous trading with an open call auction will start at 12:55 (EET). Order management will be possible at 12:45 (EET), continuous trading will start at 12:55 (EET).
AS „Liep?jas metalurgs” has submitted the decisions of its annual general meeting of July 29, 2013 and the information about changes in the Management and Supervisory board , therefore the company has eliminated the reasons, based on which trading was suspended.
