Supervisory Board and Management Board Election an

Liepaja, 2013-07-30 11:29 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The JSC Liep?jas Metalurgs informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company has elected Mr. Guntis Viln?tis as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr. Ainars Kreics as the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Due due fact that Mr.Segal has left his position as a Management Board member, the JSC Liep?jas Metalurgs Supervisory Board has elected Ms.Antra ?irkše as a Management Board member. As a result, the Company’s Management Board consists of:
Chairman of the Board – Mr.V.Terentjevs;
Board Members – Mr.L.Pti?kins, Ms.A.?irkše
The JSC Liep?jas Metalurgs has received an application from the Supervisory Board member Mr.K.Lipman about the resignation from the duties on July 30, 2013. As a result, the Company’s Supervisory Board consists of:
- G.Vilnitis;
- A.Kreics;
- B.Imbovica;
- E.Kupsis;
- G.Atujevs.
In addition, the JSC Liep?jas Metalurgs informs that on July 29, 2013 the Liep?ja Court reviewed the Company’s inquiry and approved extension of the submission deadline for the plan of measures of the Legal Protection Proceedings (LPP, “TAP”-Latvian) until August 26, 2013.
