The simple calculation I would go for is this: the most recent conversion publicly known is 2218 preferred C shares converted into 1.109 billion common shares so that means 1 class C share converted to 500k common shares. Also, from what I learnt/heard, all those class C shares can never be converted at once , only a portion that equates to 5% of the total outstanding & issue common shares. Let's just wait for HIMR to come up with a strategy of sorting out the class C shares instead of speculating how many common shares will be out there should the C class shares are all converted.
