The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- According to preliminary figures for the second quarter of fiscal 2013 Wirecard continues its positive business growth. Consolidated revenues were up from EUR 94.3 million in the previous year period by 22.5 percent to reach EUR 115.5 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2013. After the first six months of fiscal 2013 revenues came to EUR 216.6 million, an increase by 22 percent from the previous year period (6M/2012: EUR 177.9 million). Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased by about 15 percent from EUR 26.1 million to EUR 30.0 million, taking investments in the new business area of Mobile Payments into account. EBITDA after 6 months of fiscal 2013 amounted to EUR 56.3 million, up by 14 percent from EUR 49.4 million in the previous year period. Wirecard AG's Management Board is still expecting a strong business performance and confirms its forecast for the fiscal year 2013 to reach EBITDA of between EUR 120 to EUR 130 million.
