The audit for Q2 I do not know, they still have not announced the audit competition for previous years, which is still in progress I am assuming and needs to happen before the current financials are audited.

The consequences include being downgraded in your status on the Pinksheets.  They have several tiers, where BCAP is currently at the "Yield" Limited information tier.  Dwyer releasing Q2 would be a good sign in my opinion, since we are not even PinkSheet Current.  Being Pinksheet current requires a fee and an attorney letter.  Since he is waiting to pay these fees as the uplist is pending, releasing the Q2 financials would be a great sign that Dwyer is a man of his word and still taking care of the company.
