(OTCQB:CTLE) is pleased to announce that Dr. Victor Castano, Chief Innovations Officer of Nano Labs, will be presenting "Nanotechnology and Photonics: Challenges and Opportunities in Biomedicine" today at the Institute National d'Optique conference in Montreal, Canada.
