Your right cook, business ethics is totally overrated. Perfectly acceptable for a publicly traded company to lie to its shareholders. What was I thinking when I expected that what I was being told was the truth. Since we are on the subject, the same time I was told that all debts had been paid off, I was also told that the chill was being lifted. Mind you, this was months ago! Oh yeah, but don't worry about the long history of deception. Trust me, your going to be rich! Just don't ask questions, buy more shares and lend me money to pay for a promotional campaign.
