Invalda LT, AB will acquire shares in Vilniaus bal

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-07-29 15:54 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- One of the largest Lithuanian investment companies Invalda LT, AB will acquire shares in Vilniaus baldai, AB provided during the official tender offer for the total amount of EUR 3.496 million (LTL 12.07 million ). The settlement of the shares will take place on August 1, 2013.
The implementation period of the tender offer to buy up shares in Vilniaus baldai, AB ended on July 29, 2013. 540 813 shares (13.9 per cent) with par value of LTL 4 were provided to the acquiring persons. According to the tender offer circular, Invalda LT, AB will acquire 235 093 (6 per cent) shares, for EUR 14.869 (LTL 51.34) each.
