Halogen Security is the exclusive licensee for EarthSearch's products and services for the West African region and one of the largest private security companies in Nigeria and West Africa. As a part of the agreement between both parties, Halogen will expand its security services into areas where the need for Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Global Positioning System (GPS) and other sensing technologies provided by EarthSearch is required. This is one of the several phases in deploying technology to the Oando fleet of oil tankers. Oando PLC is one of Africa's largest integrated energy solutions providers, and a pioneer in fields of private sector pipeline network construction and the distribution of natural gas to industrial and commercial consumers.
