Ahlstrom Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE July 29, 2013 at 12.00 Ahlstrom Corporation's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) decided on March 27, 2013 to establish a Shareholders' Nomination Board to prepare proposals to the AGM for the election and remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors and the remuneration of the Board committees and the Nomination Board. According to the decision of the AGM, the Nomination Board comprises representatives of the three largest shareholders of Ahlstrom as of May 31, 2013, and in addition, Chairman of the company's Board of Directors and a person nominated by the company's Board of Directors as members. The following persons have been elected as members of the Nomination Board: Alexander Ehrnrooth (Vimpu Intressenter Ab), Thomas Ahlström (Antti Ahlström Perilliset Oy) and Risto Murto (Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company). Pertti Korhonen, Chairman of the Board, and Anders Moberg, member of the Board, are also members of the Nomination Board. On July 29, 2013, the organization meeting of the Nomination Board elected Pertti Korhonen amongst its members as Chairman.
