FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Fargo businessman and two other men have been accused of stealing more than $120,000 worth of copper wire in Bismarck and Fargo.
The Forum reports (http:// bit.ly/P5EEds) that 38-year-old Soran Kaka of West Fargo faces felony charges of theft and conspiracy. A police report says Kaka owns a Fargo cafe.
Court documents implicate Kaka in the theft of $72,000 worth of copper wire from Bergstrom Electric in north Fargo on July 9.
Kaka, Jerry Eugene Dean of Fargo and Joel Lumbreras of Carrizo Springs, Texas, were charged with felony theft in state district court in Bismarck this week in a separate case.
They're accused of stealing between $50,000 and $60,000 worth of copper from RK Electric in Bismarck on Aug. 1.
