Well if hes got a great PR under his belt id say he needs to pull the trigger now. If they dont put a stop to these late PRs then he will lose control of his company. No matter the logic behind it the pps remains cheap and vulnerable to these guys. Now that the cards are on the table he needs to show his hand.
