You CANNOT sell your 100k shares until the company notifies us through PR. when this happens there will be No shares in existence except those who are preferred shareholders. the rest of the commons went through a RS of 12000/1. remember?

When the company uplists to the higher board. the opening price will be around $2.50. per common share. 100k common=$250,000.

the convertible preferred share will be converted into the 100k to reconstitute the float/new share structure of the company. This "demand" will be filled by the request of the MS.Market specialist. The "supply" will be met by the preferred shareholders. So we have supply and damand. of our 100k of commons. Everything else is irrelevant.
