Hello All. JB and I just got off a phone call with someone close to Hollund Industrial Marine, and while he does not wish to be identified, he is willing to assure us all that Hollund is moving ahead with their plan and intends to become a force in this industry.

According to this source, Hollund will address many of the concerns shareholders now have regarding the company. Hollund's IR will begin answering and returning phone calls (this may have already started). The share dumping and/or conversions will be addressed with the intent of stopping this altogether (there was nothing in place preventing this). There will be additional news regarding Hollund's first concession. And, I assume a press release announcing the definitive agreement will be out soon.

We have all heard stories of what some companies intend to do (forward looking statements), but Hollund is now poised to demonstrate their ability to consummate their deals and fulfill their promises.

Things work differently in Panama than here, and HIMR is concerned about competitors --- this is the reason for much of the silence. However, this should all change soon. Importantly, Hollund has a very good relationship with the Kuna Indians of Panama, and hopes to develop a mutually beneficial relationship for all (more to come in this area). Investors should keep in mind that Lake Bayano is sacred to the Kuna people, and they depend on fishing for survival. Hollund is keenly aware of their concerns, and intends to do what is necessary to allay their concerns.
