No it is not, what it is, it is all part of  of o/s, just only so many are tradeable and others restricted! But do not get me wrong on this also! Yes steve has to have  just over 50% of shares to be chairman or head of company for control sake! Anybody can buy the company out other wise! Say 3 millions and over 50% which is majority, means new boss! Yes I think tradeable float is around 52% to 60%! O/S means real shares floatable or restricted. You are welcome here, just behave!
