I'm assuming it will form a bubble which will reach 0.117 then decline to .043 (without any additional news).... ran a little math and that's what I came up with  based on 2 billion o/s

that is also phase 1...

Edit;  could go lower than .043 on the way down (if no news and a long wait) but I kinda doubt it.... if it goes below there it will come back up to .04's eventually.

Edit 2: phase 2 we can expect upwards of 0.27 pps....  Once again, no other alternative news.... So, the min technology will take that all out of spin.
