NEW YORK, July 25, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Duval & Stachenfeld LLP – The Pure Play in Real Estate Law – announced the addition of new partner, Pejman ("Pej") Razavilar, to its Real Estate Practice Group.

Bruce M. Stachenfeld, co-founder and managing partner of the Firm, stated that, "Pej is a great all-around real estate attorney. He has significant experience in representing banks and other financial institutions in all aspects of real estate finance transactions, including the origination, sale and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine and also has significant experience in construction lending.
