Change in management in key subsidiary Tallinn, Es

Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-07-25 15:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Management board member of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (subsidiary of Nordecon AS) Toomas Toompuu gave a notice to the council asking to be withdrawn from the management board of Nordecon Betoon OÜ effective as of 16 August 2013. Mr Toompuu leaves the company on his own initiative in order to take a position in a family business.

The council has decided not to add a new member of the board for now and the management board of Nordecon Betoon OÜ will consist of one member.

Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment.
