If you look over the data the IL-20 was decreased substantially more with prurisol than methotrexate which is standard of care. Methotrexate is used as first line for multiple autoimmune disorders and is a mild chemotherapy drug.
What I have also found in my reading is that human and mice IL-20 are both composed of 174 or 176 amino acids (going from memory here) and are 76% percent identical.
P21 is also a biomarker that can be used to measure the activity of IL-20 inhibitors
