You nailed it in my opinion - three years for two wells - there are plenty of dreamers on this board - in my opinion TECO will never be a profitable oil play and will never pump a dime from Belize. It's also my opinion that we will never see a dime from the current Mitchell leases show up in TECO's quarterly/annual reports - just my opinion.  Plenty of people want to believe this story but TECO (in my opinion) has given us nothing to believe in - besides fluff PR's, missed opportunities and inaccurate projections. Too bad....
