Win Neuger Elected to WisdomTree Board of Director

NEW YORK, July 24, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WisdomTree Investments, Inc. (Nasdaq: WETF ), an exchange-traded fund ("ETF") sponsor and asset manager, announced today that Win Neuger, former CEO of PineBridge Investments, has been elected to the board of directors. Mr. Neuger was previously a member of WisdomTree's board from January 2007 to December 2009. 

The Company also announced that James Robinson IV, Managing Partner of RRE Ventures, LLC, one of the initial venture backers of the Company in 2004, is stepping down from WisdomTree's board.

Mr. Neuger served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of PineBridge Investments, an independent asset manager offering investment opportunities in emerging and developed markets, from March 2012 until January 2013. Prior to his role as Vice-Chairman, Mr. Neuger served as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Executive Committee of PineBridge from March 2010 until March 2012. From December 2008 to March 2010 Mr. Neuger served as Executive Vice-President of the American International Group ("AIG"), as well as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AIG Investments, AIG's asset management company. Prior to January 2009, Mr. Neuger served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Investment Officer of the American International Group as well as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AIG Investments.
