JB, I don't disagree with you. It looks more and more like a reverse split each and every day with all the dumping going on. And, I do not buy the excuse that this is just a disgruntled beneficial shareholder selling/converting. That excuse didn't make sense to me at the time, and it still doesn't. Nor do I believe that Hollund will somehow mysteriously buy back shares. If Hollund has the money to buy back shares, than they do not need loans. I suggested to Peter in the "CONCERNS" letter we wrote that he consider negotiating with Beneficial shareholders and debt holders to exchange their Class C shares for a percentage of future revenues. The response we received back was "he did not know how they would do this, and said investors should have known that this conversion could happen." In my opinion, that was certainly a condescending comment for such a serious subject, and after months and months of press releases bragging of the company plan and progress toward share reduction. Was this all just a farce? Was this share reduction plan just a ruse to con people into buying shares? Unfortunately we don't know, and we won't know until Hollund tells us something and stops this constant dumping. If Hollund intended to turn off investors, they did well. And they certainly F***ked up their announcement.
As I stated yesterday, all options should be on the table.
