Thanks jmb. The GESI railroad tie modular gasification to green electricity plant is a huge project that IMO requires a reputable company like ISL Engineering & Land Services company to get the BUILDING PERMIT done.

Since Alberta Energy Gov introduced Green Energy Solution Industries (GESI) to ON-TRACK Railway Operations Ltd it's not improbable that Alberta Energy Gov advised ISL Engineering & Land Services to GESI.
