Traction Taps Abe Snyder to Launch New-Breed Agenc

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 24, 2013) -  Traction ( www.tractionco.com ), the San Francisco-based, award-winning interactive creative agency, has hired Abraham Snyder to be the first Media Director in the history of the shop. CEO and co-founder Adam Kleinberg, who launched Traction in 2001, is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Snyder to the agency's senior management team, where he will be charged in creating a strategic media practice that defies the traditional ethos of most modern agencies. Mr. Snyder was most recently an Associate Media Director at AKQA in San Francisco.

His experience and expertise span branding, direct response, demand generation, promotional and social media initiatives. Through these efforts, he has developed specialties in research, strategy, planning, and execution of digital, mobile, social, emerging technology and traditional media campaigns.

Besides AKQA, Mr. Snyder has also done stints at Universal McCann, Omnicom Media Group and Mediasmith.
