AS Ekspress Grupp: Art Lukas to become Chief Execu

The Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Ajalehed has decided to remove Kadi Lambot from the position of the Management Board member and to appoint Art Lukas as the new member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of AS Eesti Ajalehed.
Kadi Lambot, the current Chief Executive Officer of AS Eesti Ajalehed has decided to head back to the filed of medicine and will attend in the program „Doctors Back To Health Care“ from August.
Art Lukas will start as the Chief Executive Officer of AS Eesti Ajalehed from 5th August 2013.
From 2012, Art Lukas has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Balti Juhtimiskonverents OÜ. Previously, Art Lukas has worked as the Director of Customer Relationship Management Division in Swedbank AS (2008 until 2009) and from 2005 until 2008 as the Chief of the Investment Products Department in Hansapank AS (current Swedbank AS).
Art Lukas does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
