Agree. Who knows exactly what is happening to the business right now or the timing of certain actions but there are many items for shareholders that are still up in the air right now and for which we are in the dark. I happen to be one of those who would much rather have the company wait for real actual realized developments to happen and then PR the news but at this point even a shareholder update would probably be a welcome sign from management.
One of my questions at the moment is about the specifics of the demand picture versus how much in revenues we have already realized from sales. This goes to knowing how much capital the company has to use for future large unit orders versus how much more dilution has to take place to fund the purchase orders depending on demand. There is a sweet spot with manufacturing and distribution arrangements whereby the ideal situation is to have just slightly more demand than you have the capacity to fill in the short term but still having enough money to order the proper number of units to fulfill this demand eventually. You dont want to have so much demand you cannot possibly fill it based on the money you have on hand, but you dont want to little demand either because then sales are meager. Getting the ramp up in production is the key and I am curious to know what the exact numbers the CEO is looking at right now as to how many actual units distributors like GotVape want for the next few months, versus how much money, if any have we received from dilution and proceeds from past unit sales. It looks like they have been adding distributors to the mix though so that is a great sign, clearly the demand is there for the CannaCig. I just wonder how our cash flow is looking at the moment and what the expectations are in fulfilling this demand for the rest of the year and how much dilution has to take place to get it accomplished; hopefully no more dilution is needed. However I am guessing that we may still see dilution via conversion of pref shares over the months. I guess we will only get a handle on how many pref shares are still floating around in the next official filing.
Decent price action today but the volume remains enemic. Buyers seem to not even know about RFMK or else are waiting on the sidelines before coming in. The question is, what are they waiting for and what catalyst will get them to pour into the stock?
$RFMK!
